The Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association (MRLA) is honored to be a partner program of the Michigan Golf Course Association and provide the gold standard ServSafe training line to its members. The ServSafe family of products are designed to protect the hospitality industry, by keeping our consumers and employees safe.

ServSafe Schedule

Groups: For groups of 10 or more, we send the instructor to the customers location on a date that works best for their team.

MGCA Members Receive Special Partner Pricing

ServSafe Food Manager Testing:

  • Review class, book mailed ahead of class, and exam
    MRLA non-member cost is $215 / Partner discount is $185
    + Review class 8:00am–3:00pm (Detroit class is 9:00am–3:00pm); Exam begins at 3:00pm
  • Self Study (without class for those who learn better with self-study or cannot be away from the business for the whole day)
    MRLA non-member cost is $155 / Partner discount is $135
    + Exam begins at 3:00pm, arrive by 2:45pm
  • Proctored Exam Only (no book, no review class)
    MRLA non-member cost is $120 / Partner discount is $100
    + Exam begins at 3:00pm, arrive by 2:45pm
